Slavkovský štít Vysoké Tatry
Majestátny Slavkovský štít s nadmorskou výškou 2452 metrov nad morom sa radí k turisticky najvyhľadávanejším cieľom Vysokých Tatier. Vďaka svojej rozložitosti je jeho vrchol prístupnejší než v prípade iných tatranských štítov a nevyžaduje si špeciálnu výbavu. Väčšina turistov smeruje na Slavkovský štít zo Starého Smokovca a strediska Hrebienok, odkiaľ vedie značená turistická trasa. Ide o stredne náročnú túru, ktorej absolvovanie si vyžaduje približne osem hodín. Táto trasa je odporúčaná pre skúsenejších návštevníkov, ktorí sa počas svojho putovania môžu kochať pôsobivým výhľadom do hlbín Veľkej Studenej doliny aj na Gerlachovský štít či vrch Bradavica.
