Kysuce Čadca
Chránená krajinná oblasť Kysuce susedí s tromi ďalšími veľkoplošnými územiami. Preto je súčasťou jedného z najrozsiahlejších chránených území v strednej Európe. Oblasť Kysúc vyhlásili v roku 1984 na rozlohe 65 462 za chránenú krajinnú oblasť. Je rozdelená do dvoch samostatných častí: javornícka a beskydská. Vskutku ojedinelým prírodným javom sú kamenné gule. Sú to záhadné prírodné útvary okrúhleho tvaru z pieskovca. Ďalším ojedinelým javom je korniansky prírodný výron ropy. Vo východnej časti - beskydskej sa nachádza turisticky atraktívna osada Vychylovka, v ktorej je skanzen a unikátna lesná úvraťová železnička. Read on
