Vodopád si môžete pozrieť z turistického chodníka, ktorý zachádza k Chate pri Zelenom plese, ale priamo k vodopádu sa nedá ísť, lebo sa tu nenachádzajú značené trasy. Východiskom k Chate pri Zelenom plese je Tatranská Lomnica, Tatranské Matliare alebo Kežmarské Žľaby.
