Central Slovak Museum - Mateja house Banská Bystrica
In the area of Banska Bystrica Town Castle is located Matej's house, the oldest secular monument in this area. It is named after a stone coat of arms of King Matthias Corvinus, who is in it. The building houses Mining bastion, which is administered by the Central Museum in Banska Bystrica. There is located exhibition, which presents the history and culture of the city. Visitors can view the historical town armory and an exhibition of Gothic art.
