Dekrétová Cave Dolný Harmanec
V blízkosti Harmaneckej jaskyne je situovaná menšia jaskyňa, bez krasovej výzdoby. Pre verejnosť je prístupná a pomenovaná po slovenskom lesníkovi Jozefovi Dekretovi Matejovie, ktorý je známy tým, že zdokonalil ťažbu dreva tým, že začal používať píly namiesto sekier a pomáhal k zachovaniu a zveľaďovaniu lesov. V jaskyni je takmer 50 m dlhá chodba, priestranná sieň dlhá 30 m, široká 18 m a vysoká 8 m. V tejto sieni býval v dávnych dobách jaskynný medveď, čo sa dokázalo na základe kostí, ktoré tu boli nájdené. Jaskyňu nájdete v skalnom brale nad parkoviskom v časti Horný Harmanec, oproti chodníku, ktorý vedie k Harmaneckej jaskyni. Read on
